In October 2007, I bought a new complete equipment for Wet Mill, the Ultimate Brazilian Technology. I started to work on January 15, 2008. During the latest harvest we used the fabricant recommended process flowage . We generally do the fermentation process of coffee unless our clients suggest the contrary. Once the coffee is washed clean, it is packed and send to the Dry Mill as soon as possible.
