The main purpose of this site is to keep our clients well informed about all the activities we are doing during the seasons of the year. Starting with the status of the coffee plantation, the growing of the fruit, the products we have available and its quality.

We are always working for the continuous improvement of the process of the plantation management on the Wet Mill. We believe that in the end the details make the difference.

We are applying a process of Wet Mill which is very careful when selecting the best grains. During this process coffee is classified seven times so that we evaluate several features.

1- Through our vision, we evaluate the color of the fruit which lets us know the degree of ripeness.

2- By density, we separate the heavy fruit from the light ones.

3- The strength of the fruit. The pulp is removed from the softer fruits only which means they are at their best peak of ripeness.

4- By size, we select the bigger grains in parchment.

5- Through our vision, we separate the grains which present some problems in parchment.

6- By color and size, we separate the defective grains in green and the small ones from the big ones.

7- Through our senses of smell and taste we try each lot of coffee and eliminate the ones which cannot become special coffee.

The seven ways of sorting are applied during the different stages of coffee which are fruit or cherry, parchment and green.

We have created a certificate due to the need to inspire confidence among our clients that the coffee that they are about to buy has been carefully processed with the purpose to achieve our main objective.
