It is located in the municipality of Mozonte 18 km from the town. In my opinion the best area of Nicaragua for the cultivation of coffee. With minimum height of 1,500 meters and a maximum height of 1,800 masl, it is suitable for the cultivation of varieties with high cup quality.

To 260 kilometers from Managua International Airport takes approximately 4.5 hours to get to the farm. The road is narrow and in winter season we have to do permanent repairs. We recommend using 4X4 vehicles to access without any problems.
