It is located on the northern part of Nicaragua right on the border with Honduras, it is placed in the community El Ural, Municipality of San Fernando, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. This farm consists of 58 manazanas (40.8 Hectares) from which only 6 manzanas (4025 Hecraes) are producing coffee. It has an efficiency average of 33 green coffee quintals per manazana.

It is found 300 kms away from the International Airport in Managua and it takes 4 and half hours approximately to get there. The access rout is the Panamerican highway Managua – Ocotal and then Ocotal – Jalapa road until you get to a crossroad that takes you straight to this farm. The prevailing coffee varieties are: Caturra, Bourbon and Maragos.
