Casa Blanca is located in the community called Los Planes, municipality of Dipilto, Department of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. It consists of 91 manzanas (64 Hectares) approximately but only 84 manzanas (59 Hectares) are producing coffee at this time. It has an efficiency average of 25 quintals per manazana.

The prevailing coffee varieties are Caturra, Bourbon and Maragos. The lowest point is at 1082 meters above sea level, and the highest point is at 1506 meters above sea level.

The access way is the Panamerican highway Managua – Las Manos (right on the Nicaragua- Honduras Border), 20 minutes away from Ocotal, and approximately 3 and half hours from the international airport of Managua, Nicaragua.
